The FIFA Starter Cup is a juvenile tournament to be held as a first tournament. More junior tournaments will usually occur once a month, with larger events such as the Continental Cup and World Cup will usually occur once every four months.
The current organisation for the FIFA Starter Cup is as follows:
First Round:
Japan VS Colombia - Sunday 25th (15:00 GMT)
Portugal VS Italy - Sunday 25th (16:00 GMT)
Sweden VS Bosnia - Sunday 25th (17:00 GMT)
Bahamas VS Netherlands - Sunday 25th (18:00 GMT)
Poland VS Mexico - Sunday 25th (19:00 GMT)
Croatia VS England - Sunday 25th (20:00 GMT)
Argentina VS South Africa - Sunday 25th (21:00 GMT)
Linnettinna VS United States - Sunday 25th (22:00 GMT)
-The winners of each of these games will reach the Quarter-Finals. If there is a draw by the end of 18 minutes (9 minutes per half), extra time will follow, and then penalties. The maximum number of one's team cannot exceed 11 (with a maximum of 6 on the pitch). The minimum is 5 at the referee's discretion (he is not obliged to comply). - If a team fails to attend a match, the score will be 1 - 0 (counted as a win on penalties). The opposing team must wait a total of 5 minutes before claiming a win. - If neither team attends, the match will be rescheduled for the day after. If after rescheduling, neither team attends. Both teams will be out of the competition. - Two certified referee's must be present for each game.
