The following rules are to be strictly followed by each player, referee and manager. No exceptions should be made, as this guide is an important document which provides organization to matches under the FIFA system.
Substitutions:
a. Friendly matches must have maximum 6 substitutions.
b. Tournament matches must have maximum 3 substitutions.
c. When a player leaves, a sub may take his position without counting as a substitution by the referee.
d. Each substitution must be authorized by the referee before occurring. After it's authorization the referee itself must teleport the respective players.
e. The manager shall announce the substitution via the ":h" command (name of players, of who's getting in and out). After, wait for authorization (rule e).
f. Substitutions may only take place when the match is paused (during a goal celebration, foul, etc), so the sub does not affect the game.
Match:
a. Matches are 24 minutes length, with two halves of 12 minutes each.
b. Additional time is given at the end of each half if the referee judges necessary, by looking if any time was wasted during match.
c. Each team plays with 5 line players + 1 GK (6 players total).
d. Managers may play matches.
e. No-clipping is not allowed for anyone (including referee's/managers).
f. Referee cannot take a goal back after it's given, even if illegally/wrongly given. If such action keeps repeating, the referee shall be suspended or exiled from the referee board.
g. Subs must keep strictly at the sub area, and not moving around.
h. All matches with exception of scrimmages must contain a FIFA authorized referee to be counted as official.
Stadiums:
For stadiums to be official, they must have the following models:

+ have no lagging and must be decently built.
Referee:
a. Referee's must wear uniform every time when reffing a match.
b. All members of the referee board must have knowledge on football rules.
c. Whenever a ref commits too many in-game mistakes, he will be going through a recycling process where he will be re-trained. Or, he can simply be exiled.
